As both an internal executive leader and external consultant, Seona has significant experience in organisational development - with specific expertise in organisational change, leadership development, executive coaching, building high-performance teams, and leading values-based culture and engagement programs.
Seona is passionate about the development of effective and fulfilled leaders and sees investment in leadership as fundamental in building great places to work. As founder and co-facilitator of the Four Leadership Program in Gippsland, she brings her insights about best practice leadership and management into her client relationships and engagements.
